ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Short Oral Communications will be 10 minutes in length plus 5 minutes for discussion. Oral presentations should be made using Power Point 2003 software. You must deposit your CD or memory stick in the File Reception Desk at least one hour before your presentation. Remember that the use of personal laptop (computers) will not be allowed for the presentations.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster Sessions will be held in the Conference Room. Adhesive material will be provided by the organization. Each panel will have a number, and you should place your poster on the corresponding panel. If you do not know the number of your poster, see the Conference program.
Posters should measure 90 cm width x 120 cm high to fit in the panels. Authors are encouraged to include in the Affiliations the e-mail address of one or more authors to facilitate future contact by attendees interested in their work.
Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the meeting and MUST be put up on the first day of the congress (September 21st) from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. There will be three formal poster sessions. Presenting authors should be available at their posters during the session assigned for their discussion (see the Conference Program). Posters must be displayed until the end of the meeting on Friday.
